and offer various services, including but not limited to consulting, reputation management, CRM setup, sales page copywriting, web design, pricing optimization, and offer creation (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, communications, and the purchase or use of our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Consulting & Coaching
We provide business consulting and coaching to help beauty professionals streamline their operations, optimize their marketing strategies, and grow revenue.
Results may vary
based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
2.2 Reputation Management
We assist in amplifying your online credibility by advising on or managing your review platforms, social media presence, and other channels. We
cannot guarantee
specific ratings or reviews from third-party platforms, as these are user-generated and subject to each platform’s policies.
2.3 CRM Setup & Automation
We offer done-for-you customer relationship management (CRM) setup, including automation of follow-ups, scheduling, and payment processes.
Software licenses
may need to be purchased separately by the client unless otherwise stated. We are
not responsible
for any issues arising from third-party integrations.
2.4 Sales Page Copy & Web Design
We create or refine sales page copy and provide web design services. Any timelines, launch dates, or marketing results are estimates and
not guaranteed
. You are responsible for providing all necessary branding assets, images, and content in a timely manner.
2.5 Pricing Optimization & Offer Creation
We advise on pricing strategies and help craft offers to position your business more effectively.
Pricing changes
and final decisions are ultimately up to the client. We are not liable for specific revenue increases or pricing outcomes.

3. Fees & Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
All fees for our Services will be outlined in the invoice, proposal, or agreement provided to you. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time but will notify you in advance of any changes that affect your existing contract or subscription.
3.2 Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.We accept [credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment methods]. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
3.3 Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.Any late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Refunds
Consulting & Coaching: We generally do not offer refunds on coaching or consulting services once sessions have been delivered. Done-for-You Services (CRM, Copy, Design): Due to the custom nature of these services, refunds are not typically provided unless clearly specified in the agreement.
Case-by-Case: For disputes or special circumstances, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review requests individually.
4.2 Cancellations
Recurring Services: You may cancel any monthly or recurring service by providing at least 14 days written notice before your next billing cycle. One-Time Projects: If you terminate a project prematurely, you may still be responsible for any work completed up to the date of cancellation.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content, materials, strategies, logos, and trademarks provided by MYK Consulting LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.Any deliverables created specifically for you (e.g., copywriting, web designs) become your property upon full payment of the agreed fee, excluding any third-party-licensed components.
5.2 License to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our materials for your personal business purposes only. You may not resell, distribute, or modify our materials without express written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the Services. Neither party will disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 General Disclaimer
All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, such as particular revenue amounts, booking rates, or social media engagement.While we strive to provide accurate, current information and proven strategies, market conditions can change, and your individual results will depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
7.2 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYK Consulting LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, lost profits, or data, arising from or in connection with the use of our Services.Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services provided by MYK Consulting LLC shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections thereto.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
